November 6, 1954, John Henry Knost and Imogene R. Knost purchased the below defined properties from the Library Association of Pass Christian for $1,100.
* Parcel #1 -- Gulf Lot measuring 37'9" frontage on the Gulf extending to southside of Front Street for 220'. Bounded on East= J.H. Knost Estate, West= Rita Bernstein.
* Parcel #2 -- Primary Lot with north of Front Street was portioned at its north end measuring a width of 34'3" and extending north for a distance of 100', bounded by: South= Town Library lot and building, East= J.H. Knost Estate, West= Jessie Ross Roux, and North= Alden Keel and property belonging to the Estate of J.H. Knost.
Note: The above Warranty Deed was certified as true by Minutes drawn by the Association on June 15, 1949.
